Placing An Order

How do I place an order?

Ordering flowers online at Lily’s Florist Arizona requires NO REGISTRATION.

Browse our website and search for specific flowers using the SEARCH box, or simply shop from our categories. We have a wide range of floral arrangements for all occasions and for every budget.

Once you have found a product that suits your fancy, click the pink ADD TO CART button. Click the green CHECKOUT button next if you’re done shopping or go back to our selection of flower gifts to buy more flower arrangements.

After clicking Checkout, you will be transferred to our Express Checkout page where you need to complete 3 easy steps to finalize and place an order.

First, input the correct delivery details of the recipient. Make your gift more personal by including a special message that we will print on the card.

Second, input your information so we can contact you if necessary.

Third, select a payment method. Surcharges may apply.

If you have a voucher code, type it in the corresponding box and click APPLY VOUCHER CODE.  You can then proceed with payment.

How will I know if you have received my order?

You will receive an Order Confirmation email from Lily’s Florist Arizona. It may take up to 15 minutes to receive this order confirmation. Please take a look at your Junk or Spam folder if you do not see the Order Confirmation email in your Inbox.

What are the payment options available?

You can pay using your PayPal account or by credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

How far in advance can I order flowers for delivery?

We understand how stressful it is to shop the last minute hence we offer same day flower deliveries. Nonetheless, it’s still best to order ahead to ensure availability. So feel free to place an order one month in advance.

I am having difficulty placing an order online, what should I do?

If you experience problems in placing an order online, don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or through the Contact Us Chat Box located on the bottom left corner of our website.

Can I order by phone?

Yes. If you would like to order by phone or speak personally to a florist, contact us on 602-892-4879. Lines are open from 6:00 AM to 9:45 PM Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.

Delivery

How much do you charge for delivery?

We charge $12 for any flower order but actually we refer to it as a service charge, you will see this on the payment page.

Actual delivery fees tend to be slightly higher than what we charge but Lily’s Florist Arizona is able to cover the difference. We will only require extra delivery costs for orders to be delivered in remote locations. In that case, we will contact you to discuss the matter.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, we do! Take advantage of our fast and convenient same day flower delivery throughout Arizona. Just place an order before 2:00 PM, from Monday to Friday, to get fresh flowers delivered on the same day. Saturday same day delivery is possible for orders placed before 10:00 AM.

Flower orders placed after the given same day delivery cut-off will be delivered the next business day.

Do you deliver to local hospitals?

Lily’s Florist Arizona delivers hospital-friendly flower arrangements and floral gifts to all private and public hospitals in Arizona. We can deliver flowers to maternity wards and nursing homes, too.

Note, however, that almost all hospitals do not accept flower deliveries to intensive care units, cardiac-care units, labor and delivery units, and pediatric units. In this case, the get well or new baby flowers  you ordered will be delivered but will be left at the nurse’s station and will be brought to the patient once he/she has been moved to the regular hospital bed and room.

Can you deliver to a funeral home?

Yes, we can. We deliver to local funeral homes Monday to Saturday.

Can I request a specific time for delivery?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. traffic, weather condition, etc.).

However, we understand that certain flower orders may require delivery within a specific time range. Our network of florists here at Lily’s Florist Arizona is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that funeral flowers are delivered during the time of the funeral service. Flower arrangements and floral gifts to be delivered to schools or offices will also be delivered within school or business hours.

What if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?

In general, flowers will be left in a safe area where the recipient can see it once she arrives. Depending on the delivery situation, our florist may leave the floral arrangement in a position out of view from people on the street or with a neighbor. Our florists may call the recipient to check if they are nearby and can receive the flowers. Make sure you provide us with the recipient’s correct mobile phone number to smooth the way for successful delivery at first attempt.

Lily’s Florist Arizona can organize another delivery time but that will incur another delivery charge. The buyer/sender will be contacted regarding this matter.

Are there days or date restrictions on flower deliveries?

We are closed on Sundays, except on Mother’s Day which is on the second Sunday of May. Lily’s Florist Arizona does not deliver flowers during public holidays.

Is it safe to order online?

Buying flowers online at Lily’s Florist Arizona is completely safe.

See the “Secure” word and padlock image on the box where our URL is? That signifies that our website is a safe and secure online portal protected by an SSL certificate. This certificate is a global standard security technology that encrypts sensitive information to ensure that your credit card details and personal information are kept confidential and protected.

General FAQ

How do I use a voucher code?

Redeem a discount by entering a discount code in the Voucher Box in our Checkout Page. Click the “Apply Voucher Code Now” button to activate the discount code.

Will my order look exactly the same as what is on the website?

Due to fresh flowers’ seasonal availability and the nature of handmade floral creations, it is impossible for our florists to exactly replicate the flower designs you see on our website.

Note, however, that the flower design photos you see in our website are representations of the floral designs we offer.  Our local florists will re-create your chosen floral design by using the same type of flowers, if available, and match the theme, color, shape, size and value as pictured.

Substitutions will be inevitable given that flowers are a product of nature and availability may vary from season to season. If a certain flower is not available, we will substitute a flower variety of equal or greater value.

Do not worry because our florists will make sure that the style, color scheme, theme, and value are maintained. We will make every attempt to create a floral arrangement as close to your chosen floral design.

My flowers didn’t arrive, what should I do?
