Lily’s Arizona Florist is your best choice for same day delivery of deluxe flower arrangements. All customers of Lily’s Arizona Florist and our subsidiary website agree to the terms and conditions below. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Lily’s Arizona Florist.
 
Flower Delivery

Lily’s Arizona Florist is a team of highly efficient florists across the state. Our flower experts are handpicked with the highest standard, and are guaranteed to handle your special orders fast and meeting your expectation.
We deliver flowers to addresses across Arizona, but we don’t deliver to PO Boxes.
 
Delivery Timeframe

Although there is no specific time for flower deliveries, we do have cut off times for same day delivery. If you want flowers to be delivered on the same day, make sure to place your order before 2pm on weekdays and 10 am on weekends.
 
Order Confirmation

Lily’s Arizona Florist does not provide confirmation of order receipt on the day of delivery. But we are happy to confirm the delivery of your flowers the day after they were delivered. If you need a delivery confirmation ASAP, you may call us and one of our flower experts will gladly help you.
 
Cancellation and Changes

Lily’s Arizona Florist does not cancel or change any orders that were arranged and/or sent out for delivery.

Changes and cancellation of orders should be notified with Lily’s Arizona Florist as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we only allow you to cancel and change your orders within 30 minutes from the time of your transaction, if the order is to be delivered on the same day. For orders of next day flowers or deliveries for any future date, cancellation and changes must be made at least one day before the pre-scheduled delivery date.

Pay your orders conveniently using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. We accept payments via PayPal, too.
 
Substitution Policy

Replacement of Flowers:

We understand that every bloom in a flower arrangement and the arrangement designs per se is unique. We want to offer you the most special floral gift that will impress your recipient on any occasion. Thus, our flower experts commit to make every effort in delivering your orders up to you and your recipient’s expectations and satisfaction.

For events that, due to seasonal influences, flowers in the arrangements that you ordered are unavailable, our designers may need to replace flowers. Lily’s Arizona Florist only uses flowers of equal or greater value for substitution needs. However, we never substitute roses with any other flowers.
 
Add-ons:

Images of add-ons and gifts that you see on Lily’s Arizona Florist website such as vases, chocolates, and plush keepsakes among others may not be the exact product that comes with your order.
 
Customer Satisfaction

In any case you feel that the ordered flowers did not meet your expectations, we are open to discuss the matter with you so that we can come up with the best solution. Lily’s Arizona Florist strives for providing excellent products and services to our clients. Give us a call and one of our friendly staff will eagerly listen to your concern.
 
Complaints

For quality complaints, Lily’s Arizona Florist must be notified within 48 hours from the time of receipt for us to address the matter immediately. In reporting complaints regarding quality of the flowers, we require 2 photographs of the product –1 photo of the front and 1 of the back of the flowers. Our flower experts will investigate the issue upon receipt of the photographs, and will get back to you as soon as feedback on the matter is available. You may expect to hear from us within 24 hours.
 
Non Delivery

In cases of non delivery of your orders, please notify us within 7 days, for us to address the matter.
